Rose Samuels, beloved wife, devoted mother, and cherished member of the community, passed away peacefully on February 27, 2024 at the age of 68. Born on January 29 1957. Rose Samuels dedicated her life to nurturing, protecting, and caring for others with unwavering love and compassion
As a loving and devoted wife, Rose Samuels was the heart and soul of her family. Moses and Rose met in 1967, wed in 1975, and the devotion to love and respect in every aspect of their lives remains infinite. Rose Samuels was a beacon of light while traveling alongside her husband, during his many years as a dedicated truck driver. Wherever the journey took them, they embraced a carefree lifestyle, creating cherished memories, and a deepening bond with each mile traveled. In 1989, Rose and Moses settled in Florida, where they continued to build their lives together, truly symbolizing the meaning of the “Sunshine State”.
Through her life, Rose was known for her boundless generosity and kindness in all ways. She was not only a loving mother to her children: Gregory Samuels, Javaris Samuels and Daveyonna M. Samuels, Rose also served as a nurturing guardian to countless others whom she raised with care and affection, while imparting wisdom and guidance along the way. A beloved family member, her steadfast character and genuine nature earned her the respect and admiration of all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Rose's faith was a central aspect of her life, guiding her actions and providing her with strength and solace. She enjoyed the simple pleasures of life and embraced finding the good in all things. As written in Genesis 9:3 - 'Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things.' Her spiritual devotion as a servant of God and presence as a member of The Cathedral of Faith, is an inspiration to all.
Rose leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion and faith that will continue to inspire and uplift those who were blessed to have known her. She will be deeply missed by her devoted family, sister Sheila Richardson, sister in-law, brother in laws and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins and all who were touched by her remarkable spirit.
