Betty Louise Miller Bradley Cox, 89, of Springville passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2024 in her home with her family at her side. She was born December 30, 1934 in Brown County to Roscoe Miller and Amy Lucas Miller. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her daughter, Mildred (Tony) Michael of Bedford; three grandchildren, Aaron (Rachel) Michael, Nathan Michael and Elisabeth Michael; a great grandchild, Eden Michael; three sisters, Myrtle Olmstead of Columbus, Martha Monroe of Muncie and Georgia Reeves of Nashville; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, William “Bud” Bradley; her second husband, Wilbur “Doc” Cox; a brother, David Hardin; and three sisters Kathryn Crossland, Phyllis Lucas and Shirley Miller.
Betty was a longtime member of First Pentecostal Church of Bloomfield. She enjoyed spending time with her family and neighbors, reading her bible, doing crossword puzzles and feeding her hummingbirds. She was a supporter of the 1st Marine Division Association.
Funeral Services are scheduled for Monday, March 11, 2024 at 1:00 PM with Pastor Benson Mason officiating in Day & Deremiah-Frye Funeral Home, 4150 East Third Street, Bloomington, burial will follow in Duncan Cemetery. There will a Gathering of Family and Friends on Sunday from 3:00 – 7:00 PM in the funeral home.
